Finn is a talented civil litigation attorney who specializes in all types of personal injury matters, including wrongful deaths, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, daycare injuries, motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, and general negligence.

Prior to founding Gavagan Law, LLC, he worked as an attorney at a boutique Boston personal injury law firm for nearly 9 years, representing hundreds of injured individuals.  During that time, he was successful both in and out of the court room, resolving cases through litigation, mediation, and negotiations.

Finn has a proven track record of securing substantial settlements and judgments for his clients across Massachusetts. His standout achievements include winning a $250,000 settlement in a motorcycle accident case, successfully negotiating a $195,000 settlement for a slip and fall on ice, and obtaining a $135,000 settlement in an auto accident case. Finn has also secured significant settlements in other areas of personal injury, including a $100,000 dog bite settlement and a $450,000 settlement for a construction site accident. His experience extends to cases of nursing home negligence and wrongful death, where he secured a $200,000 settlement. Notably, Finn achieved a $125,000 judgment in a trip and fall accident in 2018. Each of these settlements and judgments attest to his dedication, skill, and tireless advocacy for those who have been injured.

Finn graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
